The process begins with a German refining unit equipped with seven specialized boilers for refining and purification, operating in an inert gas environment to preserve oil quality and maintain product stability.
These units are managed by an advanced automated control system with no human intervention, enhancing operational precision and ensuring consistent final product quality. The production cycle covers a fully interconnected chain—from refining, through intermediate storage tanks designed with strict food safety specifications, to high-efficiency filling lines made entirely of food-grade stainless steel and operating in a sealed inert gas environment.
Finally, the products are transferred to either dry or refrigerated warehouses, depending on the specific requirements of each oil type. This guarantees safe storage and preserves product quality all the way to the customer.
