Stage 1

Degumming and Neutralization

This first step removes phospholipids, free fatty acids, and natural impurities that affect oil stability. It results in a more stable oil with longer shelf life, forming the ideal base for further processing.

Stage 2

Bleaching

Using food-grade bleaching earth, this stage eliminates unwanted pigments, oxidation products, and trace metals, producing clear, high-quality oil.

Stage 3

Winterization

This stage is specially for removing the natural wax from sunflower, corn oil, and others to produce a clear, brilliant oil by using high chemical-free technology.

Stage 4

Deodorization

Finally, steam distillation under vacuum removes any remaining tastes or odors. The result is a neutral oil with a clean taste that preserves food’s natural flavors.

Stage 5

Filtration And Polishing

By using special filters to ensure that the produced oil is clear, polished, and 100% free of impurities.
