Gulf Arabian Company for Squeezing, Refining, and Filling Vegetable Oils represents a fully integrated industrial hub for refining and packaging vegetable oils at international quality standards. To ensure a continuous and efficient supply chain, the company operates strategically located distribution warehouses across Egypt—such as at Adabiya Port in Suez and in Minya—alongside a wide network of agents covering all governorates.
Gulf Arabian’s factory operates with the latest German refining and esterification technologies, supported by advanced automated control systems that require no human intervention. This reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence. These technologies ensure stable, safe production that fully complies with the highest international quality standards.
The company’s main facility for pressing, refining, and filling vegetable oils is located in the Industrial Zone, Plot No. 5, Badr City. Reinforcing its leading position in the vegetable oil manufacturing sector, Gulf Arabian has launched an ambitious expansion plan to establish a second refinery equipped with advanced German technology. This facility will double production capacity, reaching up to 1,000 tons per day within just five years.
Additionally, the company has commenced operations of its esterification unit to deliver safe, non-hydrogenated oils in line with international food safety standards. Expansion efforts also include increasing storage capacity from 15,000 tons to 45,000 tons, and upgrading the food transportation fleet with stainless steel vehicles fully compliant with food safety regulations.
